Each year, Uncle Mud hosts eco-tourism builds in the mountains of Jamaica educating locals and visitors on building with local resources including clay, discarded glass bottles, and limestone. In 2019 we started a bottle wall bathhouse build with a local stone foundation.

In 2017 we built a cottage using cob and round wood with a living roof. In 2018, we built an outdoor kitchen out of cob/cobb featuring an earthen oven and several rocket burners.
